What is Dimensional Weight?

Dimensional weight is used when a parcel may be large in shape but is relatively light. For example, if a parcel weighs 5kg yet is measured as 50cm x 50cm x 50cm, an ideal weight for that shape parcel is calculated. This is done by multiplying all dimensions together and dividing the answer by 5000. In this case, the dimensional weight would be 25kg.

What documents are required for sending cremated remains abroad?

Documentation requirements differ from country to country. In all cases you will require a death certificate, cremation certificate and a declaration that the casket contains the ashes of the named deceased person only. In order to get the correct information, please contact us.
